Refunds and cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services and subscriptions offered by Unfold Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Service Nature

Unfold Labs provides custom software development, SaaS product innovation, consulting, and digital services. Since our services are customized and resource-intensive, refunds are limited.


2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request to hello@unfoldlabs.com.

a) Before Project Start

  • If cancellation is requested before any work has begun, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and onboarding costs.

b) After Project Start

  • Once work has started, payments made are non-refundable.
  • The client will be billed for work already completed and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.

3. Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)

For SaaS subscriptions:

  • Clients may cancel their subscription anytime.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Unfold Labs is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal failure.
  • Duplicate payments were made in error.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.


5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by client dependencies
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Failure to provide required information
  • Dissatisfaction not linked to contractual breach

6. Termination by Unfold Labs

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Client violates terms
  • Payments are delayed
  • Misuse of systems or platforms occurs

In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.
